We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff member to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your role will be integral in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting different departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Maintain and organize office files and records
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Support HR, finance, and marketing teams with basic documentation and data entry
Help coordinate internal events and team activities
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
