Job Description

Reception and Communication:

Answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence (emails, letters, packages).

Administrative Support:

Scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office files and records (both physical and electronic), managing office supplies, and assisting with data entry and document preparation.

Clerical Tasks:

Handling basic bookkeeping tasks like expense tracking, preparing reports and presentations, and potentially assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Office Organization:

Ensuring the office space is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including common areas and kitchen facilities.

Technical Support:

May assist with basic IT tasks like maintaining computer equipment and software, and ensuring smooth operation of office equipment like printers and scanners.

Customer Service:

Providing information and assistance to clients, customers, or other visitors.

Collaboration and Support:

Working with other staff members to support various business operations and projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
