Maintaining accurate records of petty cash expenses.
Disbursing petty cash for minor expenses as approved.
Reconciling petty cash balances regularly to ensure accuracy.
Cash Handling and Transactions
Collecting and recording payments received (cash, checks, or digital transactions).
Ensuring proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Preparing daily cash summaries and submitting reports to the finance team.
Day Book Management
Recording all daily financial transactions in the day book.
Ensuring day book entries are accurate and up to date.
Reconciling day book records with bank statements or cash balances.
Financial Reporting
Assisting with monthly and quarterly financial audits.
Generating cash flow statements and related financial summaries.
2. Document and Filing Management
Document Management
Creating, organizing, and updating documents, contracts, and reports.
Ensuring all documents are stored securely and accessible to authorized personnel.
Following document retention policies to manage outdated files.
Filing and Recordkeeping
Establishing a filing system (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
Maintaining records of invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
Archiving documents as per company policies.
3. Customer Service
Customer Interaction
Greeting visitors and attending to client inquiries professionally.
Resolving customer complaints or escalating them to the appropriate department.
Following up on customer queries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Support Services
Preparing invoices, receipts, and financial summaries for customers
