Office Staff (Female) - Angamaly

We're looking for a female office staff member to join our team in Angamaly. You'll be responsible for doing administrative tasks, like managing documents, helping visitors, and maintaining records.

Your responsibilities:

Handle emails, letters, and phone calls

Keep documents and files organized

Prepare reports and other documents

Help schedule meetings and appointments

Welcome and assist visitors

Keep track of office supplies

Support HR and finance teams

Work with other departments to get things done

Keep the office clean and organized

Follow company rules and keep things confidential

What we need:

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any field

1-3 years of experience as an office staff member (or similar role)

Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.)

Good communication skills in Malayalam and English

Ability to multitask and manage time well

Professional appearance and attitude
