Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, messages, and email inquiries
Assist clients with travel package details and bookings
Maintain travel and client databases
Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel itineraries
Coordinate with travel partners (hotels, airlines, agents, etc.)
Support social media updates and marketing promotions
Ensure a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
Prior experience in travel or customer service will be an advantage
