We are seeking a dedicated and organized female office staff member to support the smooth functioning of our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office work, documentation, and filing.
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
Assist in data entry, typing, and preparing reports.
Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and support management.
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounts departments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (completed or in progress).
Freshers can apply; prior office experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Professional, polite, and well-presented.
