Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff member with prior experience working in Akshaya Centres or Common Service Centres (CSP). The ideal candidate should be familiar with e-governance services, customer handling, documentation, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide government-related services to citizens (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN card, utility payments, certificates, fssai etc.) Handle online application processes for various public service schemes (state and central government) Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation Assist customers with queries and ensure smooth service delivery Perform data entry and maintain digital and physical records Coordinate with government departments and service providers as needed Collect and reconcile service charges/payments from customers Prepare daily/weekly reports of activities Maintain office equipment and ensure a clean and professional workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum 1 year experience in Akshaya Centre, Jan Seva Kendra, or any authorized CSP Proficient in using government portals and digital service platforms (e.g., eDistrict, UIDAI, NSDL, CSC Portal) Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, internet browsing, scanning, printing, etc.) Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain records accurately Strong communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of local and regional government schemes High school diploma or higher education preferred
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
