Job Description

A telecaller job involves making/receiving phone calls to engage customers, generating leads, selling products/services, or providing support, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills, along with managing call records and hitting sales targets. Key duties include outbound sales/marketing, inbound query handling, resolving complaints, updating CRM databases, and transferring qualified leads to relevant departments.

Customer Interaction:

Make outbound calls to potential/existing clients or handle inbound calls to address needs.

Sales & Lead Generation:

Inform customers about offerings, persuade them to purchase, and generate qualified leads for sales teams.

Information & Support:

Provide product details, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Data Management:

Accurately log customer interactions, update contact info in CRM systems, and maintain call records.

Target Achievement:

Meet daily call volume and monthly sales targets.

Coordination:

Work with sales, marketing, and support teams for seamless operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
