We seek a versatile Office Staff member. You'll support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and assist colleagues as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration, including filing, document organization, and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist with data entry, maintain databases, and prepare reports as required.
- Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies; coordinate with vendors.
- Greet visitors, manage appointments, and provide basic information to clients/staff.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
