The Office Staff with Accounting role involves handling day-to-day office administration along with basic accounting tasks. The staff will be responsible for maintaining records of FD, RD, and Savings accounts, assisting customers with queries, preparing vouchers, handling cash transactions, data entry, and maintaining ledgers. They will also support the Accountant in preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. Additionally, the role includes assisting in office correspondence, filing, and supporting branch operations smoothly.
