Key Requirements:



Good knowledge of

CCTV systems, electronics, and networking

Strong understanding of

IP configuration, NVR/DVR, and basic troubleshooting

Ability to

coordinate service calls and manage technicians

Excellent

customer relationship and communication skills

Valid driving license

(two-wheeler/four-wheeler) Basic computer skills (email, reports, coordination) Prior experience in a similar field will be an advantage

Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office and site operations Coordinate installations, service, and maintenance works Handle customer communication, follow-ups, and support Maintain job records, service reports, and coordination with management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,349.95 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
