IP configuration, NVR/DVR, and basic troubleshooting
Ability to
coordinate service calls and manage technicians

customer relationship and communication skills
Valid driving license
(two-wheeler/four-wheeler)
Basic computer skills (email, reports, coordination)
Prior experience in a similar field will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office and site operations
Coordinate installations, service, and maintenance works
Handle customer communication, follow-ups, and support
Maintain job records, service reports, and coordination with management
