Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and attend to walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products. Explain product features, quality, and benefits effectively. Prepare and issue quotations and invoices. Coordinate with the store for stock availability and dispatch. Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the showroom. Follow up with prospective customers for closing sales. Handle customer complaints and escalate if required. Maintain daily sales records and report to the Showroom Manager/GM. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Requirements:



Qualification: Minimum +2 / Diploma / Graduate. Experience: 1-2 years in showroom sales preferred (building materials or similar products). Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge for billing and quotation preparation.
