About the Role



The Office Secretary will support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage ERP systems and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support



Manage daily office tasks including filing, documentation, and record-keeping. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars. Prepare letters, memos, emails, and other official documents. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

ERP Handling



Enter and update data in the company's ERP system accurately. Generate reports, invoices, vouchers, and records as required. Monitor and maintain ERP database accuracy and integrity. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth ERP operations. Assist in troubleshooting basic ERP-related issues and escalate technical issues when needed.

Office Coordination



Maintain office supplies and manage vendor communication. Assist in organizing office meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Communication Management



Act as the point of contact for internal and external communication. Manage timely follow-ups and relay important messages. Draft and circulate notices and internal updates.

Data & Documentation



Maintain confidential physical and digital records. Assist in preparing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Manage systematic filing systems.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Experience as an Office Secretary, Admin Assistant, or similar role. Hands-on experience with

ERP software

(school ERP / HR ERP / accounting ERP preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills



Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and high level of professionalism. Knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices.

Salary package - Negotiable based on qualification and experience



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
