Job Summary



The Office Secretary will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing clerical support, coordinating communication, and assisting management in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Clerical Support



Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies, files, confidential data, and records. Draft and prepare letters, emails, memos, and documents. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages. Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Documentation & Record Management



Organize and maintain physical and digital files. Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required. Assist with data entry and maintain databases.

Office Coordination



Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (clients, vendors, partners). Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and basic facility-related tasks. Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation.

Communication & Customer Handling



Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally. Respond to inquiries and route information to the appropriate department. Ensure smooth communication flow within the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of experience as a Secretary/Receptionist/Office Administrator. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Positive attitude with a professional and polite demeanor.

Preferred Qualities



Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to support various departments as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
