Job Description

We are looking for a smart, efficient, and well-organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and proficiency in handling day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage front office operations and handle calls/emails professionally. Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically. Assist the management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Coordinate with staff, students, and external visitors. Perform general office administrative duties efficiently.

Requirements:



Qualification: Graduate (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam

Pleasant personality with multitasking ability

Prior experience as an office secretary/assistant is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
