Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Assistant to support the Managing Director of our FMCG company in managing daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



Efficiently manage the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, format, and organize presentations, reports, correspondence, and other documentation required by the Managing Director. Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses. Coordinate internal communications between departments and external communication with vendors, suppliers, and partners. Support follow-up on action items, project deadlines, and deliverables. Assist in organizing and coordinating company meetings, product launches, and field visits. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems for easy accessibility. Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Handle petty cash, expense reimbursements, and other basic financial tasks related to the Managing Director's office. Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters relating to business strategy, financial data, and personnel. Assist in vendor and supplier coordination as required. Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director to ensure smooth office functioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



0-1 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and [Local language]. High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of FMCG business operations is a plus. Prior experience supporting senior management or a Managing Director is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Alangad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
