Office Secretary

Maintain and organize office records and files Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls Assist management with administrative tasks and documentation Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications:



Strong computer and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent communication and time management abilities Prior experience in an office or administrative role preferred
