We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support office operations, and assist management in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
Draft, format, and proofread letters, reports, and other communications.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Provide administrative support to management and staff as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
