United Timber Works is hiring a dynamic, well-presentable, and service-oriented Office Sales Representative (OSR) for our Yamunanagar head office.

We're looking for a candidate preferably from a hospitality or customer service background

who can confidently interact with new leads generated from Facebook, IndiaMART, Google, and other online sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and manage incoming sales inquiries from multiple online channels. Understand and qualify leads by identifying their product requirements, usage, and urgency. Maintain detailed logs, call notes, and meeting minutes in the system. Ensure timely follow-ups to keep leads engaged and updated. Represent United Timber Works in a polite, confident, and professional manner on every interaction.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and listening skills. Hospitality or customer service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, CRM entry). Strong sense of organization, follow-up discipline, and time management. Positive attitude, presentable personality, and customer-first mindset. Own two-wheeler and ability to commute independently to factory (mandatory).
