Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the office sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
Monitor daily sales activities, client follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of deals.
Train and mentor sales executives on product knowledge, communication, and negotiation.
Handle high-value client interactions and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and improve campaign performance.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain proper documentation of client interactions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.
Requirements
3-6 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious sales goals.
Experience in
real estate, property sales, or similar industries
is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
Strong negotiation, closing, and problem-solving skills.
