We are looking for a candidate with experience in the hotel or hospitality industry who can bring strong sales acumen, excellent office administration skills, and membership conversion expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage membership sales and onboarding for the gym club, handling lead generation, customer enquiries, site tours and conversion.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing members, deliver professional
customer service
, answer calls, respond to WhatsApp / email enquiries and follow up.
Perform
sales administration
, maintain membership databases, prepare reports, follow up on leads, schedule appointments and coordinate with operations for onboarding.
Apply knowledge of hospitality or hotel industry sales processes to deliver exceptional
customer experience
, upsell membership packages, process payments and handle paperwork.
Support office work including filing, documentation, managing appointments, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring smooth member registration process.
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in
hotel, hospitality or customer-facing sales role
preferred.
Strong
sales skills
, lead generation, conversion, membership sales or similar.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), customer-service orientation, ability to work in a dynamic gym/ fitness environment.
Good at office tasks: MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM or sales tracker tools, data entry and report generation.
