We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Sales Executive to join our team. The role will focus on managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting clients from within the office to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in Excel/CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Skills & Requirements
Graduate (preferred: B.Tech.(Mechanical engineering)
Prior experience in office sales / inside sales / sales support is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email correspondence.
Ability to multitask and handle client requirements professionally.
