Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Office Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will support sales operations, coordinate with internal teams and clients, manage order processing, and ensure timely payment collections. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
Assist the sales team with order processing, invoice creation, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Answer customer queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
Support proposal preparation, quotations, contracts, and sales documentation
Track sales pipeline activity and share regular updates with the management team
Collection Management
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collections
Send professional payment reminders and collection notices as required
Coordinate with the finance team to resolve payment-related issues
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and prepare regular reports
Build positive client relationships to ensure smooth and consistent payment processes
General Administration
Provide administrative support to sales and collection functions
Address client queries and complaints related to invoices and payments
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and collection procedures
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and internal review
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of invoicing, collections, and accounting principles
