Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Female Sales & Office Coordinator to handle both sales coordination and office administration tasks. The candidate will act as a link between the sales team, management, and clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination




Coordinate and communicate with the sales team regarding daily tasks, targets, and client follow-ups. Maintain and update customer databases, lead records, and sales reports. Prepare quotations, invoices, and proposals. Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and feedback. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management. Support management in monitoring sales targets and achievements. Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist clients with product/service information.

Office Coordination & Administration




Manage office correspondence, emails, and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, HR, logistics, etc.) for smooth operations. Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining attendance records, and preparing reports. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all administrative documents. Maintain a professional office environment and support management in day-to-day activities.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English & Hindi). Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or basic accounting software (preferred). Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Positive, confident, and professional personality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Office Administration / Back Office roles preferred.
