Company is an indoor world for children to play, learn and express, requires an Office Sales Coordinator to manage parent enquiries and support admissions / bookings at our Defence Colony / Vasant Kunj centres.
This profile combines sales coordination, tele-calling follow-ups and reporting in Advanced MS Excel to help grow memberships, party bookings and program enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries from parents about programs, timings and pricing.
Maintain enquiry, lead and conversion trackers in Advanced MS Excel and prepare daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate trial sessions, birthday party bookings and other events with the operations and centre staff.
Share information and follow-up messages with parents in a polite and professional manner.
Support basic office administration and documentation related to admissions, invoices and receipts.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Telecalling / Customer Service / Front Office.
Strong Advanced MS Excel skills for tracking leads, conversions and revenue.
Good spoken and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with parents.
Target-oriented mindset with positive attitude and ability to work with children-friendly environment.
Experience in preschool, daycare, activity centre, education or hospitality will be preferred.
