We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Sales Staff to handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process sales enquiries from customers via phone, email, or in person.
Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and final invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, dispatch, production) for smooth order execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales documentation.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, office administration, or related role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with billing/invoicing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
Strict policy: Use of personal mobile phones for personal use is not permitted during office hours.
