Submission and collection of cheques, invoices, and other official documents from banks, vendors, and partner offices.
Coordinating with notary services for document attestation, stamping, and notarization.
Handling courier dispatches, collections, and other external errands.
Scanning printing and photocopying of documents (internally and externally)
Assisting the Admin team with petty purchases or procurement from local vendors.
Ensuring safe custody and confidentiality of all documents handled.
Maintaining a daily log/report of tasks completed for accountability.
Performing other administrative errands as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th/12th pass with prior experience in office support/runner role preferred.
Familiarity with city routes and basic documentation processes (bank, notary, courier).
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
Should have his own conveyance, preferably a two-wheeler
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
