Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Support office staff with travel arrangements, supplies, and other clerical duties. Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization. Follow security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges when necessary. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service is an asset. Good communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
