Receptionist
to manage our front desk and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
Manage incoming/outgoing emails, courier, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with staff for appointments.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
Graduate/12th pass with relevant experience preferred.
0-2 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
