Job Description

We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and friendly

Office Receptionist

to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in reception or front desk operations and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions within the office.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls. Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized reception space. Handle inquiries from walk-in clients and provide basic information about our services. Maintain appointment schedules and update visitor logs. Coordinate with counselors and other team members to manage student appointments. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other communications. Provide administrative support when needed (e.g., filing, photocopying, maintaining office supplies).

Requirements



Minimum

6 months of experience

as a receptionist or in a similar front office role. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.). Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or higher.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
