JOB DESCRIPTION - OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Position Overview
We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and proactive Office Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, coordinating calls, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth movement of people and communication within the factory premises.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates in a professional manner.
Maintain the visitor register, gate pass entries, and issue visitor badges.
Coordinate with security for incoming/outgoing visitors.
2. Telephone & Communication Handling
Handle incoming calls, redirect to concerned departments, and take messages when required.
Maintain a call log and ensure timely follow-up.
Send/receive emails and coordinate routine communication.
3. Administrative Support
Manage courier/parcel inward & outward registers & Book porter service for courier etc
Maintain stock of office stationery and raise requisitions when required.
Assist HR/Admin in documentation, filing, and organizing records.
Support purchase & production teams for basic coordination tasks (sharing documents, printing POs, delivery challans, etc.).
4. Coordination with Factory Departments
Maintain daily shift attendance sheets and pass them to HR.
Coordinate with production, QC, store, and accounts departments for document movement.
Help schedule meetings and provide administrative support during audits or client visits.
5. Office Maintenance Oversight
Ensure reception and office area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for cleanliness, tea/coffee service, and guest requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in reception/admin roles (manufacturing experience preferred).
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, scanning, printing.
Well-presented, polite, and professional behavior.
Strong organizational ability and time management skills.
Work Timings
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Factory general shift--can be modified as per your need).
Ability to work extra hours when required during audits/urgent dispatch days.
Reporting To
Admin/HR Manager and Factory Head
Salary Range ?20,000- ?22,000 (CTC) per month depending on experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
