Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage front desk operations including visitor logs and appointment scheduling.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist HR/Administration with day-to-day office tasks when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience customer service, or front desk roles is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
