We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to handle front desk reception, data entry, and daily compliance tasks. This role is central to the smooth operation of our office and supports both administrative flow and regulatory upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal databases and compliance logs.
Assist in the preparation and filing of compliance documentation.
Support the legal and admin teams with clerical tasks as needed.
Monitor deadlines, follow up on submissions, and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administrative role.
Prior experience in a
law firm or legal setting
strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills and professional presence.
Preferred Qualities:
Familiarity with basic compliance or regulatory processes.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
