Manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings for staff.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, perform data entry, file documents, and manage office supplies.

Visitor services:

Maintain visitor logs, prepare security passes, and provide basic information to clients and vendors.

Office maintenance:

Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
Essential skills and qualifications

Skills:

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are crucial, as is the ability to multitask effectively.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, and on-the-job training is common.

Experience:
