Neonwale India is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our office operations. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced work environment. The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various basic office tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies.
Pantry Management:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness in the pantry area and ensure stock of refreshments and utensils.
General Support:
Deliver documents and files to different departments.
Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Photocopying, filing, and scanning documents as needed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including refreshments and other basic tasks.
Guest Management:
Welcome and guide visitors to appropriate departments or staff members.
Offer beverages to guests as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum high school education.
Basic understanding of office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
Ability to perform tasks quickly and efficiently.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
