Key Responsibility :-
Maintain office hygiene including workstations, conference rooms, reception, and pantry areas
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, snacks, and drinking water to staff and visitors
Assist with handling guests and guiding them to meeting rooms, ensuring proper hospitality
Perform daily errands such as bank visits, cheque deposit/withdrawal, and submitting documents
Handle courier operations: collecting, sending, tracking, and maintaining records
Help office staff with printing, photocopying, and document scanning
Organize and maintain office supplies, stationery, cleaning items, and inventory records
Assist in arranging meetings, shifting office furniture, and maintaining office setup
Manage waste disposal and ensure a clean environment at all times
Support administrative activities as directed by management
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during work

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,023.91 per month
