Morning Shift:

5:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Evening Shift:

5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Job Responsibilities: Opening and preparing the office premises in the morning. Cleaning and maintaining office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms. Assisting in serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handling outdoor duties like courier dispatch, and document deliveries. Arranging and organizing office files, documents, and stationery. Assisting staff with photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding documents. Ensuring all office supplies are stocked and refilled as required. Managing waste disposal and maintaining hygiene within the premises. Locking and securing the office premises at the end of the day. Performing other general office assistance tasks as assigned by the management. Key Requirements: Minimum education: 12th pass. Prior experience as an office peon or similar role is preferred. Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks. Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy. Ability to follow instructions and assist office staff efficiently. Polite and well-mannered behavior.
