Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office premises and common areas.
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
Handle simple errands such as photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within or outside the office.
Assist in packing, dispatching, or receiving materials and courier.
Support office staff with basic tasks as directed by the supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred).
Prior experience as an office peon/office assistant is an advantage.
Punctual, honest, and well-mannered.
Physically fit and able to handle light lifting.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
