Key Responsibilities and Duties
1.
Mail and Document Handling
Collect incoming mail from the office mailbox daily
Maintain
inward and outward register
for letters, documents, and parcels
Dispatch outgoing mail and couriers as instructed
Maintain and manage
gate pass entries
for materials taken in or out of the office
2.
Pantry and Refreshment Services
Prepare and serve
tea/coffee to staff twice daily
Serve tea/coffee or water to visitors and guests as required
Ensure pantry area is clean and well-organized
Clean and wash
tea mugs, cups, plates, and utensils
regularly
3.
Reception and Guest Assistance
Attend to guests and visitors at the reception area
Inform concerned staff about visitor arrival
Assist in maintaining a polite and professional office environment
4.
Office Cleaning and Housekeeping
Clean office areas including:
Glass doors and partitions
Tables and common surfaces
Pantry and reception areas
Ensure cleanliness of office equipment related to daily use
Dispose of office waste properly
5.
Outside Office Work
Perform outside office duties
3-4 times a week
, including:
Bank work
Courier or document delivery
Government office visits
Purchasing office supplies, if required
Ensure documents and materials are delivered safely and on time

General Office Support
Assist staff with basic office-related tasks as assigned
Support administrative staff during meetings or events
Follow office rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from management
