Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and consumables.
Maintain cleanliness of pantry, cafeteria, and common areas.
Ensure proper cleaning of working desks, conference rooms, and reception areas.
Operational & Safety
Follow cleaning schedules and task checklists regularly.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to management.
Handle cleaning tools and machinery (vacuum, floor scrubber, etc.) properly.
Maintain hygiene standards as per organization policies.
Customer & Team Coordination
Coordinate with office staff for cleaning timing and requirements.
Support event setups, rearrange furniture, and maintain organized spaces.
Respond quickly to urgent cleaning requests or spillages.
Professional Conduct
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and discipline.
Follow uniform guidelines and maintain personal hygiene.
Ensure privacy and confidentiality while working around staff and documents.
