Job Summary:



We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Office Peon cum Attendant

to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks such as delivering documents, serving refreshments, and maintaining cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities:



Opening and closing the office premises. Carrying files and documents within the office and to/from external locations if required. Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents. Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of office premises (pantry, meeting rooms, etc.). Handling basic errands such as bank, post office, and courier tasks. Supporting office staff with minor clerical work. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:



Minimum education: 8th / 10th Pass. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of office etiquette and hygiene. Physically fit and punctual. Honest, responsible, and courteous in behavior.

Working Hours:



8:30am- 6:00pm

Salary:

8500-10000
