To ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the office by managing operations, maintaining facilities, supporting employees, and coordinating administrative activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage office infrastructure - cleanliness, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Support HR and Admin in onboarding/offboarding employees (workspace setup, ID cards, etc.)
Coordinate with finance for petty cash, vendor payments, and office expenses.
Organize internal events, meetings, and logistics.
Manage inventory of office supplies, tech equipment, and other resources.
Act as point of contact for all facility-related issues (internet, electricity, etc.).
Maintain discipline, attendance logs, and office decorum.
Assist leadership with operational tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive work environment for employees.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Open and close office; ensure readiness each morning.
Check cleanliness, lighting, and workspace orderliness.
Track attendance of the maintenance team and ensure compliance with office timings.
Refill office supplies and pantry stocks.
Coordinate courier/delivery and document dispatches.
Handle visitor management.
Liaise with maintenance vendors and service providers.
Support HR/Admin during interviews or onboarding days.
Monitor utilities (internet, electricity, AC, etc.) and report issues immediately.
Keep records of expenses and submit reports weekly.
