About the Role:



We are looking for a reliable and organized Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting management, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping various departments operate efficiently behind the scenes.

Candidates must have a valid Indian driving license and be comfortable driving as part of the role. English language proficiency is mandatory.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination Provide administrative support to senior management (scheduling, reporting, documentation) Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment Manage office budgets, track expenses, handle fund collection, and assist with financial reporting Maintain company documents and generate regular reports Coordinate internal communication and serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders Oversee company vehicle maintenance, usage scheduling, and compliance Support marketing staff with logistics and ensure their well-being Provide backend support to reduce workloads for senior managers and operational teams Coordinate client pickups and schedule visits in alignment with their preferences and company policies

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, operations, or a related field Minimum 1 years of experience in office or operations management (preferred)

Valid Indian driving license and ability to drive company vehicles

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Experience with financial or HR systems is an added advantage
