Job Summary
Credencial Management System India Private Limited is seeking a customer-focused and communicative
Customer Support Associate (CSA)
to handle client interactions, provide accurate information, and support day-to-day customer communication. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills and a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email, phone calls, and messages professionally
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Assist clients with certification-related queries and general support
Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree preferred

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
