Handle office supplies, vendor management, and maintenance activities.
Maintain attendance records and assist HR in employee documentation.
Organize meetings, prepare reports, and assist in scheduling client calls.
Support management in internal communication and policy implementation.
Ensure a positive and professional work environment.
Manage basic accounting entries, invoices, and payment follow-ups (if required).
