Job Description

Office Administration and management - office of Practicing Company Secretary and includes the following tasks

Oversee day-to-day office operations

to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Supervise and coordinate office staff

, assigning duties and monitoring performance.

Develop and implement office policies, systems, and procedures

to improve efficiency.

Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement

of supplies and equipment.

Maintain and organize office records, correspondence, and filing systems

(digital and physical).

Draft, review, and manage official communications

including letters, emails, memos, and reports.

Handle client communication and relationships

through phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Coordinate internal projects and inter-departmental workflows

to ensure timely completion.

Prepare and present management reports, meeting minutes, and performance summaries.

Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
