. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing office functions, supporting sales and leasing teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Maintain office records, client files, and property documentation (agreements, title deeds, etc.).
Support the sales and leasing teams by coordinating appointments, meetings, and client follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation, payments, and regulatory compliance.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and listings.
Ensure that the office complies with all health, safety, and security regulations.
Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining attendance/leave records.
Organize team meetings, events, and schedules for senior management.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in office management or admin roles, preferably in the
Real Estate
sector.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail, especially with legal and property-related documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
