Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Maintain stock inventory records, monitor usage, and report shortages.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of basic office records (physical and digital).
Handle billing processes, including preparing invoices, recording payments, and following up as needed.
Operate basic computer software (MS Office, email, and internal systems) efficiently for day-to-day tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office materials and services.
Support office management in organizing and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Provide assistance in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office calendars.
Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
