Job Summary


We are looking for an Office Manager to take care of all the logistics and administration work for the office. The individual will be responsible for keeping the office organized and be a single point of contact for all office administration. All the support staff will work under his/her supervision and the person will be responsible for their well-being as well while ensuring that all objectives are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the office and logistics department, including managing staff and delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Coordinating and managing logistics activities, such as procurement, inventory management, transportation, and storage, to ensure that goods and services are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving documents, and invoices.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as programs, finance, and Human Resources Department, to ensure that logistics activities are aligned with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best value for the organization.
  • Managing the logistics budget, including forecasting expenses and reporting on variances to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Graduation or Post Graduation in logistics, supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics management, Office management, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and email writing

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excels
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills The candidate should be able to work in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize work effectively.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills

Remuneration - 30-40k / Month
Reports to - Administrative Head
