Experience:- 6yrs to 10yrs
Location:- Mumbai - Chembur
Qualification:
1. ME / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
2. MBA / PGDM - Strategy, Finance, or Operations or equivalent
3. Preference for candidates with a dual qualification (Engineering + MBA / LLB / LLM) to balance technical and managerial expertise
Key Responsibilities:-
Experience in a Founder's Office, CEO's Office, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations or Leadership Support role.
1. Founder / Director Support and Strategic Execution:-
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director on business priorities and growth initiatives
Translate high-level vision into clear action plans, milestones, and outcomes
Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely achievement of tasks and in line with the Company's objectives
Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues where needed and ensure on-time delivery
2. Business Strategy :-
Own and execute high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects
Support new business evaluation, joint ventures, M&A opportunities, and project feasibility analysis
Conduct market, competitor, and opportunity assessments to support decision-making
Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely reporting to the Director.
3. Business Operations & Performance Management
Track KPIs, operational metrics, and business dashboards across departments
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; drive corrective actions
Work with functional heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals
4. Financial & Commercial Support
Review business plans, budgets, cash flows, and financial performance
Support capital raising, lender interactions, investor decks, and financial presentations
Assist in improving profitability, cost efficiency, and capital deployment
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a key interface between the Director's office and internal / external stakeholders
Represent the Director in meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups as delegated
6. Governance, Compliance & Best Practices
Support corporate governance, documentation, and compliance frameworks
Drive adoption of digital transformation initiatives and implementation of ERP's
Key Skills & Competencies:-
Entrepreneurial mindset, and networking & relationship management.
Leadership & executive presence, financial literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), negotiation and deal-making, global outlook,]
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
High levels of discretion and integrity.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Time management and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Multi-tasking across diverse business areas.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09:30am to 5:30pm
